Ensure that when you handle the bulbs, that they are not touched with your fingers, but rather with rubber tweezers (ideal!), or with a bit of plastic wrapped around your fingers. If you should touch them, oils or moisture from your skin settles onto the globe surface, which can result in a condensation point inside the globe causing the globe to stop working.
